the brutality of fact: anita bunn

galería perdida is pleased to announce the solo exhibition of Los Angeles-based artist, Anita Bunn. Exploring issues of space, cinematic narrative, and quotidian themes found in contemporary and modern painting, Bunn's work in photography circumnavigates these issues with grace - never amounting to any sense of didacticism. In an ongoing body of work in which the artist has photographed tree after tree, we are presented with a repetitious series of images that through its compare and contrast, has excavated brief moments of what is so easily missed. galería perdida is proud to present Anita Bunn, the brutality of fact.
