The rebar, as it is, signifies the incompletion of building, allowing the owners to claim that taxes may not be enforced if the home is unfinished. As such, millions of citizens live in homes yet to be completed. galería perdida is proud to present, Underlying Structures, an exhibition by Jeff Williams. Reception to be held on July 28, 2010. 6-10pm, all are welcome.
